Shipping and Delivery
Typically, all in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs. Monday through Saturday. If an item is out of stock and is not expected within 48 hours, we will email you and give you a projected ship date. Please make sure you provide a correct shipping and email address on your order.
Shipping in the United States only.
We ship from Monday to 3pm Friday. Orders received after 3 PM on Fridays will ship on Monday.
We can drop ship to friends, family, or a shipping consolidator within the US. To do so, simply set a US address as your billing and shipping address during checkout.
RISK OF LOSS – All items purchased from REC Initiatives LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
When will my order ship?
We process orders Monday through Saturday. Presently, we ship USPS Priority Mail in the contiguous United States. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or holidays. We get most orders out within 24-48 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to arrive. If we have a problem getting your product in stock we will notify you by email or phone promptly. Please note: We presently do not process orders received after 10 AM CST for shipping on Saturdays.
Incorrectly Inputting Shipping Information
If you incorrectly input your address, forget to add your suite or apartment number, input your zip code incorrectly, you will be charged a fee. No questions asked! If you want your order re-shipped it will be the original shipping cost. In this case, if you want to cancel the order, your credit will incur a 20% restock fee and minus the original shipping cost. So please double and triple check your address after you input it. We do not want to charge these fees to you.
